Welcome to the BookWell Affiliate Partner Program. Please read this agreement carefully. By signing up for the BookWell Affiliate Program ("Program"), you ("Affiliate", "You") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement").
BookWell ("Company", "We", "Us") reserves the ultimate right of interpretation for all rules, commission structures, and terms within this Agreement.
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
To enroll in the Program, you must submit an application via our affiliate platform (managed by FirstPromoter). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to approve or reject any application for any reason.
2. Commission Structure
Commissions are earned strictly on referred customers who successfully subscribe to our AI Workforce Plans using your unique affiliate link.
For each successful and qualified referral, you will earn a combination of a fixed bonus and a recurring commission based on the actual subscription amount paid to BookWell (net of any applied promo codes, discounts, taxes, and refunds).
The commission structure is as follows:
Fixed Bonus: A one-time bonus of $1,000 AUD will be credited to you.
Tier 1 Recurring (Months 1 to 12): 20% of the actual subscription fee paid by the referred client for their first 12 months.
Tier 2 Recurring (Month 13 onwards): 3% of the actual subscription fee paid by the referred client for the lifetime of their active subscription, starting from their 13th month.
3. Qualification and Payment Terms
To protect against fraud and ensure high-quality referrals, the following qualification rules apply to all payouts:
30-Day Maturation Period: All commissions (both the $1,000 fixed bonus and the recurring percentages) are subject to a 30-day holding period. The referred client must remain an active, paying subscriber for at least 30 consecutive days, with no refund requested, for the commission to be approved.
Net Revenue Calculation: If the referred client uses a discount code (e.g., EOFY promos), the 20% and 3% recurring commissions will be calculated strictly based on the discounted amount they actually paid, not the original listing price.
Payout Schedule: Approved commissions are paid out monthly via our designated payment portal (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or Bank Transfer via FirstPromoter).
4. Prohibited Activities
To maintain the integrity of the BookWell brand, Affiliates must strictly avoid the following practices. Violation will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any pending commissions:
Self-Referral Fraud: You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase BookWell subscriptions for yourself, your own firm, or any entity in which you have a controlling interest. FirstPromoter’s IP and matching systems actively monitor for self-referrals.
Search Engine Bidding (Brand Bidding): You are strictly prohibited from bidding on BookWell trademarked terms, our brand name, or any variations/misspellings (e.g., "BookWell", "BookWell AI", "BookWell Promo Code") in Google Ads or any other pay-per-click (PPC) advertising networks.
Misleading Representation: You must not claim to be an official employee, agent, or exclusive representative of BookWell. You must clearly identify yourself as an independent Affiliate Partner.
Spam: You must not engage in unsolicited mass email marketing (SPAM) to promote your affiliate link.
5. Tracking and Cookies
BookWell uses FirstPromoter to track clicks and conversions.
Our tracking cookies last for 60 days.
If a user clicks your link but does not sign up within 60 days, you will not receive a commission.
If a user clicks multiple different affiliate links, the commission will be credited to the last clicked link prior to signup (Last-Click Attribution). BookWell is not responsible for tracking failures caused by the user clearing their cookies or using ad-blockers.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice.
If BookWell terminates your account due to a breach of these terms (e.g., fraud, self-referral, brand bidding), all pending and future recurring commissions will be immediately forfeited.
If the agreement is terminated mutually and without cause, you will be paid any outstanding approved commissions, but future recurring commissions will cease.
7. Modification and Final Interpretation
BookWell reserves the right to modify, update, or change the terms of this Agreement (including commission rates and payout rules) at any time. Any modifications will be updated on this page and notified to active affiliates.
BookWell retains the final right of interpretation for all clauses in this agreement, including but not limited to the qualification of a referral, the calculation of commissions, and the determination of prohibited marketing activities.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
